Pros
being able to make a difference in client's life through the opportunity to give sound financial advice and empathic service
Cons
bureaucratic; clique of entitled advisors who have been there for many years intimidating and excluding a newcomer to the team and make the environment toxic with their bitter and resentful attitudes towards management/bank. i never dreaded coming to work my entire life until i got into this job/company branch where in the morning, toxic indifferent environment. there's much lashing, back biting of the manager/management and the whole bank itself from resentful advisors/staffs every morning huddles. imagine beginning your day that way:( New manager can't do so much as he seems to be not in control being with veteran (long-time) advisors controlling or managing bank's portfolio/valued clients.
