Pros
Scotibank has great employees who are always willing to help new people learn. There seems to me a lot of room to advance, but it seems to be more for the bigger centres. If you like meeting and working with new clients everyday then this sort of job is for you
Cons
There are a lot of changes you need to keep up with, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just means you have to do your reading! You also need to be able to budget your time well to fit in what is expected of you. Sometimes the pay doesn't exactly feel like it is compensating for all the work you're doing.
