      Friendly and inclusive team culture. The working pace is a bit fast when it's close to deadline. But it's okay in general. The managers are open-minded and are happy to listen to you

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
