Pros

You can say you work at a bank, that's where it starts and ends for me personally. Reputable name for sure.

Cons

Serious pressure, beyond difficult to move up, as a teller you get a good wage. But it's 60/65 hour cheques. Over a standard full time job it works out to close to 11/hr. Never full time on teller unless have lots of experience. .06 is 2nd highest position. Guarantees 22.5 hours - that means even if you work 33 hours a week and you take vacation. You're only paid 22.5. Management are on tight goals from head office so when you think you do something well - you won't be recognized - mores expected- it's never good enough

Pros

A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

Cons

Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
