      1. Learn processes 2. Good pay 3. Very employee caring company 4. Lot of business learning

      Cons

      1. No work from home 😢 2. Expected to work 8.30 hours officially, though they say we can be flexible. But officially it is NOT. 3. No on-site allowances to make extra savings (you end up spending if on-site trip happens - of course on personal stuff but then on-site becomes non lucrative).

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
