Pros
Good benefits, people, environment. Sometimes (under certain supervisors) Work Life balance is a challenge especially with the challenging petroleum and energy industries.
Cons
Global environment and meetings. Doing business in over 100 countries and making policies to fit for all. The meetings seem to go on and getting the work done sometimes come in second to attendance.
