      Truely a very great company. High focus on work life balance. I never seen a frustrated or slogging soul. Follow 'Be good do good' policy. The best company if you want to improve yourself.

      Cons

      Good company for people who are good at connecting people and showcasing their talents. If you are a introvert kind of person you will fail miserably. Thats the greatest power of flat structure.
