I'm proud to work for a company that is contributing in multiple ways to the everyday lives of people around the globe. The overall quality of people, systems, and processes is what allows Shell to excel in many ways.
Cons
Can take awhile for decisions to be made and actions completed. Some leaders struggle with flexible ways of working, though this is becoming the norm for many employees. Shell wants to be master of all, versus making difficult decision to not be so many areas of value chain.
