      Managers and Leads are the best. Flexibility

      Cons

      Too much Bureaucracy. Generally, 4 years window before moving to the next role. Now a days, work load has increased . No increment or bonus will be given in these Pandemic.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
