      Lots of opportunity for development - if you're self driven. Great for contractors

      Cons

      Somewhat archaic/legacy driven culture which requires a fit in or leave or become apathetic approach. I would be cautious about taking a permanent role here..

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
