      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Flex days, good pension plan, above average dental coverage, health care spending account. Casual environment with many people wearing jeans to work.

      Cons

      Very political with poor leaders making decisions. Male dominated, with a few chosen females being promoted. Leaders are not interested in happy staff, they are interested in a personal agenda.
