Campaign peaks (especially around year-end) often blur the lines between personal time and work, and the culture tends to reward high output more than sustainable balance. It’s a great place if you’re in a stage of wanting to stretch yourself, sharpen your skills, and understand the real meaning of “execution excellence,” but it takes discipline to set your own boundaries.
