      fast-paced project development, forced to learn new knowledge and skills within short time, have biz trip to ID, PH,MY for biz trip and stay at 5 star hotels

      top-down management, spend 60% time on doing ppt and presentation, prefer candidate with consulting background, hiring lots of consultant but none of them can perform
