Pros
Enduring constant micromanagement builds emotional toughness and raises your EQ over time. You quickly become independent and good at working solo because people frequently leave or are terminated.
Cons
No loyalty at all. The environment is extremely micromanaged, and employees are pushed out by being reassigned to other departments and given work outside their job scope. Yearly scaling down happens regardless of performance. After 4 years with the company and receiving the Best Performance Award, I was still fired. Very unstable and stressful workplace.
