Management kept changing, lead is toxic and not helpful. Only care about hitting the numbers and KPI, doesn't care about well being of employees. Doesn't feel appreciated, more of a "number/work" machine. Lead doesn't provide clear instruction or guidelines, when ask questions, will be answered sarcastically. Likes to say "I don't care, just hit your numbers" Low increment and 1 month bonus only, not competitive in the market
