Nothing at all. Even the free food is bad.
Cons
No work life balance. Even if you are off, the customer service supervisors and assistant manager will force you to come in. Compulsory meeting attendance after 6pm even though you are sick or have valid reasons. Incompetent and uneducated supervisors appointed. Should send their supervisor to learn pendidikan moral or how to be human.
