Culture is not what they brand themselves as: very little we, a lot of I, not flexible, not vibrant, people have very little patience Says they work hard and play hard but there’s only work hard and working hard is not enough, you must work like your work is the only thing you have People don’t care about your well being, they only want things done Sets unrealistic KPIs which employees have little control / impact on Compensation system is flawed, employees with the same qualifications and background are not paid the same Very elitist No work life balance, expected to work on weekends and on holidays
