      Pros

      Benefits and salary are competitive, training was adequate. Support from Germany was very good, and the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Very strict abou punching time in/out. Extremely micro-managed. Too much reporting. Strategic procurement was too operational. No home office. No career opportunities in sight. Worl/Life balance could improve.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
