Lack of Leadership creating a toxic culture - Manager Siemens Employee Review

Lack of leadership and what feels like a lack of integrity at the executive level is killing this once respected company in Australia. The toxic culture is devastating for the employees who only want to do the best job they can, but can’t due to narcissistic ‘leaders’ with their heads in the sand. Current global restructure is highlighting this even more. I wouldn’t recommend Siemens as a good place to work to anyone.
