Pros

1. The benefits are quite good and reasonably priced. Not a lot of companies these days offer low cost benefits such as medical/dental/life insurance, etc. 2. The pay scale is not bad, though it could be much better given the amount of experience & competence required. 3. The company has been around for a long time and doesn't show any signs of going anywhere. Also something not common with a lot of companies these days in this horrible economy! 4. The amount of time off given per year is pretty decent, though that could also be more liberal in my opinion.

Cons

1. Most of the "management" has no clue what the people in the field experience on a day to day basis. 2. Too much emphasis on "ISO" certification and not enough emphasis on using common sense to resolve a problem. 3. Expectations of doing multiple jobs when it's impossible to do so, and absolutely no willingness on management's part to explore the possibilities of other options before implementing new "processes". 4. Too much emphasis on "numbers", without realization that data can be simply WRONG. 5. Unwillingness to compromise on policy when it's clearly demonstrated that policy doesn't work at all!

Pros

A lot of nice and helpful people as well as good mentors that care about your success and solid pay.

Cons

No major cons, things will vary depending on the team you’re on though.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
