      Great benefits, Stable salary, Flexible work hours, if you are looking for a very stable job, this is the company for you, the will look out for you and try to keep you trained and taking courses regularly.

      Cons

      Too stable salary, its hard to get a considerable raise, and its really hard to move up the corporate ladder

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
