1. Work life balance 2. can take leaves whenever you want. 3. Supportive team members 4. Can have good learning if you are a new comer. 5. Can settle here if you have come with a good salary package.
Cons
1. Less salary and no hikes in COVID 19. 2. They fired one of my team member without his fault. 3. less experience PO and architect who does not know and does not trust the team members. 4. Upper management is completely unaware of who is actually working and who is buttering. 5. Less learning for experience guys. No new technologies they add. 6. Scrum Masters just enjoy their times without doing anything. Everything is done by team members. 7. They don't give the trainings to the employees and I have also got the feedback from PGM that they are not giving because people might take training and leave company. Common... People want to learn and implement which opportunity is not there.
