Pros

the 401k match and PTO are the only serviceable things. At a branch level there are no pros.

Cons

Complete lack of raises while getting emails like "best financial quarter ever". When questioned about this I was told they have no extra budget to spare, but another tech who left the company was offered a 40k increase in salary just to attempt to keep them. They left anyway, if that tells you anything about the service roles. Management shows no interest in taking care of employees and are more interested in pushing sales even if we can't deliver. Multiple field employees have left and instead of making an attempt to keep the remaining employees by increasing pay they just dump a larger workload on the rest of the technicians, leading to more losses. There are multiple job openings available and I wouldn't suggest it to my worst enemy. There's a large disconnect between management and field staff in regards to work scope, most of the time we get no actual communication on the jobs we're supposed to be performing. There is a serious lack of training provided for their complicated proprietary systems, and there is an expectation that you're supposed to be an expert immediately, even without the training.

Pros

A lot of nice and helpful people as well as good mentors that care about your success and solid pay.

Cons

No major cons, things will vary depending on the team you’re on though.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
