Pros
Great Benefits, Company Truck, Clothing Allowance, Decent pay, Decent rewards program (at least in my area), Good People to work with (again, at least in my area), Lots of opportunity to move around within the company or go to a different branch. Always plenty of work for those that look for more to do and help them stand out.
Cons
Pay could be better, its not bad when you consider the company vehicle and matching 401k, but having extra cash in my pocket at the end of the month would be nice. I understand that I have only been here a year, and that I am still in an "entry level" job, but I feel that after 11 years of military service prior to hiring should be taken into account with the "entry level" pay.
