Siemens is a Company with a very high level of politic relation and that is not effective. The movement inside company is complicated. The only way to growth in the company is with good relations no with your performance.
Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.
Cons
There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
