Pros
Enjoyed my time at Siemens. Expected to be there for a long time. Good reviews of performance and work performed.
Cons
Corporate did not consult local before commencing a lay-off of 74 people the day I left. People sent from Corporate to conduct the lay-offs. Even managers did not know if they were going to be there at the end of the day. Additional lay-offs continue and are expected. Suspect the facility is closing.
