      Slack is in that sweet spot where we have customers that love the product, a tight knit team that is genuinely willing to help each other, and exciting growth potential.

      Cons

      Being owned by Salesforce means some of the Slack culture will be replaced by Salesforce culture.

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
