      Pros

      Good global enterprise. Salaries more less accord to local enterprises. Great opportunity to work with a lot of important enterprises.

      Cons

      Absolutely bad leadership in all the areas of the local subsidiary. Not really career or growth opportunities. Almost of the awesome people are not longer in SoftwareONE. Good people are leaving the enterprise, absolutely the worst people are being and coming.

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
