      Good culture, get a lot of experience with Microsoft technologies. Always learning something new.

      Cons

      Communication within the tech team and leadership is really bad. There are a lot of areas that you would think a global company would have their stuff together SoftwareONE has a lots of holes.

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
