Pros
I have worked at SoftwareONE for almost 10 years and have been nothing short of fully satisfied with my experience. Leadership has a clear and concise vision that they articulate well and share with everyone. The culture emanates strong core values and it is a very important component of who they are. I have had the ability to grow my career from the ground up, and always feel rewarded for my output. It would be very difficult to convince me to ever leave this place.
Cons
Due to the rapid growth, there are challenges that are unavoidable. If you are not flexible, adaptable, and resourceful, it is a difficult place to work.
