8yHi - thank you for the feedback. This is always a gift - however it's harder for us to respond without more detail. We have a quarterly appraisal cycle and an annual review process which includes a career path plan and review. We launched a complete competency & development framework for our advisory and services business last year - the commercial (Sales) and other areas already have their own development path so I am a little confused here. It would be great if you could provide some further information so we can look into it. We pride ourselves on being a meritocracy so I am sorry you may have witnessed sycophancy but I can assure you it has no place in our company and will not gain anyone an advantage.
