I would completely agree we are not as sophisticated as other large tech companies - we can be a bit 'raw' but this is part of the adventure - as you say however, we are still transforming and continue to invest (new Learning Platform, new internal HR platform, updated office infrastructure etc). Please keep the ideas coming! The Legacy Program (which kicked of in South Africa is a big bet for us - our responsibility as a successful company to give back to the society we are part of in a sustainable way).
