      Pros

      Entrepreneurship enabler with a unique culture. Non hierarchical Fun place to work. Although I tend to get bored easily I am with SoftwareONE for more than eight years. There is so many opportunities to grow and change. I also feel proud to be part of SWO's incredible success/growth story.

      Cons

      One definitely needs to be agile to keep up with our fast pace.

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
