      Pros

      Good compensation overall. Cloud teams are growing fast, although there's frequent change in leadership decisions.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to grow once you are there for 3-5 years. License teams need to catch up! Delivery teams are remote all the time. Can definitely do more on gender diversity!

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
