They work with many clients, so it's a good opportunity to network and keep an eye on different opportunities. Good that many opportunities are in English and with international companies.

I think sometimes it is just a third party since people are reporting directly to the client and a different company which can lead to employees feeling a huge distance from the company that hired them.

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward
Cons
Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
