Avoid if possible - Brand Manager Stellantis Employee Review

By far the worst culture I've experienced at a company or organization and I've heard it's only gotten worse. Most levels of senior management are incredibly unprofessional and there is no respect shown for one another. The loudest voice in the room gets the most attention regardless of performance. The expectation is for all employees to be available at all hours of the day with little regard to work/life balance. I should have left much earlier.
