The work environment is miserable and is essentially what I imagine a prison cafeteria to be like. Think of a big concrete box, very open, with 100's of desks lined up in row after row after row. No dividers, nothing to dampen sound, no "concentration rooms" to escape to, no common space to go have a personal conversation... if you need to think, or do real work that requires concentration, you'll have to take it home and do it there after hours. It's really bad. There's also no green space, parking is hard to find, bathrooms are overcrowded, there are no standing desks, and the coffee is undrinkable. But... if you like lots of rah-rah speeches from management about how great things are while you're suffering through the work day, this is definitely the place to be.
