      Pros

      The People are generally good people, but a lot of young people who really don't care about the job and know that its difficult to get fired.

      Cons

      Depends on your market you could be dealing with the most immature managers ever. I have been to mutiple market meetings where half the time is spent making jokes on employees or homophobic and sex jokes. (Queens West)
