      Pros

      This is an excellent company to work for. The values at this company are real and adhered to at all levels. The benefits are excellent and the leadership is exemplary.

      Cons

      The only cons I can really think of at this time are complaints from employees within that always leave me scratching my head. Most people who complain about working at T-Mobile have never worked for another company before.
