Pros
T Mobile used to be smaller and had a start up mentality. We cared about each other and most importantly our customers. Our products were thoughtful, strong employee benefits, and previously a strong culture.
Cons
Many parts of TMO started to get cheap and are finding ways to cut corners and make quick money. The culture has eroded and people are no longer a focus. Not even the customers seem to be important anymore as the customer support has declined. I switched to Verizon because for both companies being the same, might as well get what I pay for.
