Pros

Pay and benefits are great, paid time off is great after you have worked there for as long as I have. low level management working to make things better.

Cons

In the last 2 years or so, the company has gotten leaner. it has never been "Fat". Much reorganization happening, This is reflected in the number of sites per tech, and number of sites per RF engineer. The support staff have way too many hats to wear, or their job function has been moved to another market/location. This provides too many places now for problems to pop up and not get the full attention they deserve. Don't ignore your bread and butter for the sake of latest and greatest. Panic of the week is getting old,( the "This needs to be done yesterday" syndrome) It feels like someone higher up the food chain has a blue chip (Goal) that is being addressed, at the expense of problems in the market. the lower employees have little say in the operation, and I understand that management has to make tough decisions, but I have never felt so disenchanted with this company than in the last 2 years.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
