Fun company, Always changing and growing. New CEO & COO are great people with a lot of vision for the future, which should shake up some senior leadership that probably needs the shaking. If you can come in, ride the change and make room for yourself you will do well. Values based company - it either fits you or it doesn't. If the values and culture aren't your fit, you will always struggle. If the values are 'who you are' then things will generall go your way.
Cons
Company was born on 3rd base - always had explosive growth and opportunities as the wireless market grew. With the market saturating, the company is starting to re-evaluate all processes and methods to increase efficiency and growth. Opportunities have dried up in the last 1-2 years.
