      The Phone discount used to be great. Health ins was above average Pay is good compared with industry norm Time off was easy to obtain

      Cons

      Poor communication, redundancy of projects, ridiculous timelines, project managers that can't project manage. Phone Engineering side of the house unwilling to listen to other ideas
