Pros
money and benefits, I guess
Cons
very judgemental and will call HR on you for anything, if you have a disability and need an accommodation you better come prepared with doctors letters to file with the company that they have that handles all accomodations and you have to wait for them to approve it or not. if you have a walker or need other assistive devices expect to be othered and treated like a problem or you're in the way. if you have a developmental disability, same thing. you are told to be positive and smile constantly, there is always loud music playing. there was a guy that told us that if we were on his team, we were allowed to be upset for 5 minutes and then to go do something bc he didn't want to deal with it and that he even does that to his own kids. we've been told that we can't be sad or negative at work, but yet they'll be allowed to be. they'll let people shoot you with nerf guns all day and wear gun memorabilia and tell you that you're being overly sensitive and do nothing when you're struggling bc you lived thru a workplace shooting. they'll tell you all kinds of crazy things that no normal human or business would allow. it's consistent employee gaslighting under the guise of great pay and benefits
