      Great Benefits and PTO time

      No work/life balance. No support from senior leadership. Inconsistent Message and Expectations from Senior leadership. Micromanaging, emotions not facts dictate senior leadership actions and senior leaders take take no accountability for their store’s performances scapegoating the stores mgmt instead of being present in struggling locations to offer support where needed to improve sales/store performance
