Pros
The best about the company are the benefits: PTO, RSUs, Health insurance, 75% off phone bill, Full Tuition Reimbursement, etc.
Cons
It feels that for the last few years, the company has lost the culture and vision it used to have. Publicly, the company rages about how good it's doing, but internally, the compensation does not reflect this. Budgets for annual reviews are tight (3% in 2023 and 2.5% in 2024), and even though my manager and director agree that I exceeded expectations and I should get promoted, the org does not have the budget for promotions.
