Pros

Stock option and stock grant programs are very good incentives to continue working for the company. Management is generally receptive to feedback.

Cons

Since going public there are a lot of cost cutting measures that are negatively impacting the work environment. Dropping a building and shoe-horning everyone into the remaining buildings is disastrous. Some people need quiet space in which to be creative. We can't all collaborate in an open noisy environment at all times. Marketing runs the company and does not recognize the contributions of the other divisions. They treat the other groups like servants. Lack of quality project managers leave long-term employees managing the project managers and instructing them on the best and most efficient methods to perform their duties. Large scale projects with lack of oversight lead to designs that produce deliverables that are less than intended.

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
