Pros

For a person that has no idea what they want to do in life, this job is a good starting point. The benefits are alright, healthcare is cheap.

Cons

This job is high stress! This place is not for everyone. There is a reason why there are VERY few people there over 3 years. I worked here for 9 years and finally had enough. If you are attending school, you better make sure that all of your stats are good or they will not work with your schedule. Also, the metrics that you will be measured on are changing ALL of the time. Management wants the employees to have consistency, but they have none at all! And to top all of that off, you have a "sales quota" to sell features and rate plans, but given NO training at all on how to sell. The politics of the call center were absurd. You couldn't advance anywhere without knowing someone and in a call center, the only way to advance was to go into management. You say the wrong thing or look at someone wrong and you could be fired. The management of the call center have a big ego and better not try and pop it. To conclude it all, stay away from this company. They will use you up and then spit you out!
