Pros

-Incredible values. -Best product in wireless. In reference to retail: -Great compensation plan for sales representatives In reference to T-Mobile's call centers: -Positive work environment. -Support from management. -Almost always promotes from with in due to great emphasis on building bench strength. -Most everything makes sense and benefits the company, employees, and customers.

Cons

-Massive lack of alignment between management levels and different departments -Lack of communication between departments makes taking care of customers very difficult In reference to retail: -Almost impossible to track how you get paid, and no way to verify your pay is correct. -Lack of support from upper management. -No focus straight focus on a common goal. -Promotion from within rarely is ever even considered. -Total lack of training at all levels.
