Pros

Timely salary is the only pro I found.

Cons

I work there as an associate for more than 6 months but l had to leave due to back ache problem.Senior Management is pathetic. Manager projects himself like a dictator and no break allowed in first 4 hrs. Even for going to washroom you have to ask for permission, wait for someone else to come back and then rush and come back in 5 mins. My attrition was raised saying I didn't inform for my leaves, BUT I HAD PHONE CONVERSATION WITH MY SUPERVISOR, WHATSAPP CHATS AND DAILY SMS TO TPRMS and manager's excuse was that he was not informed about my medical condition. Even employ care Dept is pathic and didn't consider my case. On the top of that when I asked for my PF they asked me to deposit 1 month salary to get my PF and experience letter. This was my first job and since then I regret the start of my career in such a pathetic place where everyone is mean.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
